Capitalis Asia Pte Ltd is holder of a capital markets services (CMS) licence under the supervision of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as Licensed Fund Management Company (LFMC).

Capitalis Asia Pte Ltd is an independent Singapore company incorporated in 2008. The company undertakes tailor made discretionary fund management activities for international accredited and institutional investors, and principally for Collective Investment Schemes / Investment Funds with different underlying (bonds, equities, fund of fund, private equity, real estate, structured products, sustainability, etc.).

Capitalis Asia Limited is an independent Hong Kong company incorporated in 2008. The Company is principally active in the setting-up and the administration services of various international structures (companies and investment funds) mainly in Asia and in Europe. Capitalis Asia Limited assists international customers in the establishment of the requested tailored structure in various countries and take care of the administration, NAV calculation, evaluation, reporting, the coordination and follow-up with customers, shareholders and providers.

The Company is also active in the coordination for environmentally sustainable financing projects and the establishment of business and commercial activities in Asia and Europe.
